We are currently consulting on a Draft Stakeholder Masterplan document that we have produced to support our planning application for the redevelopment of Sawyers Close.
This is a document that is required by local planning policy and we must submit this to the Council before we submit the planning application.

Sawyers Close – Draft Stakeholder Masterplan
The Draft Stakeholder Masterplan document shows how our proposals for the future Sawyers Close have changed over time through consultation. For further context, please also refer to the updated design that we’ve published on the latest news page.

Drop-in sessions
You can also visit the Pump Room (behind Broadleys, Sawyers Close SL4 5HL) to view the same information described above. These drop-in sessions will be held at the following dates and times:
- Thursday 19 January, 2:00pm to 5:00pm
- Tuesday 24 January, 2:00pm to 5:00pm
- Tuesday 7 February, 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Responding to the consultation
We’re inviting comments on the Draft Stakeholder Masterplan document until 11:59pm on Sunday 12 February 2023.
Responses to the consultation must be received in writing and be clearly marked as responding to the consultation on the Draft Stakeholder Masterplan.
The online survey also includes questions on the different transport options that could be provided at the future Sawyers Close. We would grateful if you could let us know which options you’d most likely use if they were to be provided.

Next steps
Once the consultation has ended, we will update the Stakeholder Masterplan and respond to the matters raised in the responses to the consultation. We will then submit the updated Stakeholder Masterplan to the Council for the Cabinet to decide whether or not to adopt it.
Once we have submitted the Stakeholder Masterplan to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM), we will submit our planning application for the redevelopment of Sawyers Close. We will write to our customers and neighbours again once we have done this.
