About this website
This website has been put together by Abri, to update the community living at, or nearby, Sawyers Close on the future of Sawyers Close.
On 7 December 2023, The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead (RBWM) agreed to grant planning permission for the redevelopment of Sawyers Close. This is an exciting milestone for us all, and there’s still a lot to do, but we’re committed to keeping you updated as we head into the next phase of the project.
We will be holding a customer drop-in session in the Pump Room between 4pm-6pm on Monday 18 December 2023 where the team will be available to answer any questions you may have and talk about our plans for Sawyers Close – we look forward to seeing you there.
If you are unable to make it but would like to be part of a group to get involved through the regeneration, please contact Danielle Lane at: [email protected]

We submitted our planning application in April 2023. You can find out more about the application here. The application that we submitted accords with the approved Stakeholder Masterplan.
